Welcome to the future of insulated concrete formwork. The BetterBlock 8th Generation ICF System is the result of hands-on expertise and real-world experience feedback. Engineered to overcome common issues in previous ICF designs, we’ve added smarter geometry, metric standardization, and our exclusive T-Form innovation to accelerate and strengthen ICF construction projects globally.

  • Locally Manufactured: BetterBlock is now proudly produced for Central America, South America and The Caribbean, ensuring significantly faster delivery times and eliminating delays related to international shipping and customs.
  • Knock-Down Format (KD): All blocks are delivered separated (flat-packed), maximizing the quantity that fits per shipment and dramatically reducing transportation costs and on-site storage requirements.
  • Improved Foam Panels: We use a denser, more impact-resistant EPS foam, which delivers enhanced structural stability, greater soundproofing, and improved long-term durability.
  • Reinforced Plastic Webs: The number of plastic webs has been strategically reduced, while their strength has been increased, making each form quicker to assemble without sacrificing rigidity or performance.
  • Stubby Interlocking Teeth: Our new 8 mm stubby teeth improve stacking alignment, reduce breakage, and form a stronger bond between forms during pours.

Each BetterBlock form features:

  • 5 cm thick EPS foam panels,
    • Core options of 10 cm, 15 cm, or 20 cm, and precision cut guides every 20 cm to keep it aligned with internal webs. Built for the metric system and optimized for modern jobsite demands, BetterBlock is setting the new standard in ICF construction worldwide.
    • R-Value (Thermal Resistance): BetterBlock ICF forms provide a nominal insulation of R-22.5 (RSI ≈ 4.0). When installed as a complete wall assembly—including the concrete core and typical interior/exterior finishes, the effective assembly R-value is ~R-32 or higher (RSI ≈ 5.6+), depending on the finish materials and detailing.

Straight Block
